Ingredients

  • 2 cupcorn kernels
  • 1 cupsliced onions
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 3 cupoil for fry
  • 1/2 cupcheakpea flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 1/4 teaspoonasafoetida

  1. 1

    In a bowl add corn kernels

    Add sliced onions

    Add chilli paste, turmeric powder, Besan, Rice flour

    Add salt, asafoetida

    Add 3-4 tablespoon water and mix well

    In a pan add oil, heat it and make small sized fritters in it fry till crispy

    Serve with ketchup and green chutney
