Clean meat and pressure cook with turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Asafoetida, salt and water (100ml). Switch off in one whistle.

Blend onions coarsely.

In a cooker add ginger, oil, add blended onions,saute..

Add all ingredients...... Turmeric, cumin, coriander powders.

Add pepper, chilli powder and Garam masala powder.

Add Ginger garlic paste and cooked meat along with the stalk.Add salt.

Close the lid and Switch off in one whistle. Open the lid and let it reduce it's consistent. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it hot
