This sweet is flavoured with seasonal fruit exotic Alphonso Mango Pulp and saffron and sweetned with mithaimate/ condensed milk.

This sweet is flavoured with seasonal fruit exotic Alphonso Mango Pulp and saffron and sweetned with mithaimate/ condensed milk.
Steps

Heat butter in nonstick kadhai. Add mango pulp and saffron strands,mix and saute for 2 minutes.

Add condensed milk and milk powder,mix and stirring continuously on medium flame till raw taste of milk powder goes and mixture become thick.

As the mixture leaves the sides of vessel..add & mix cardamoms powder and off the flame. Allow to cool completely.

Take 1 tbsp of prepared mango- kesar peda mixture, give the shape of round flat peda. Place & press a pista flake in centre..as shown. Prepare all Mango Kesar Pedas similarly. Enjoy preparing and relishing delicious Mango-Kesar Peda during Mango season.
