It's very famous Mangalorean dish consume less oil and it's healthy and light.
Steps

Soak the rice overnight.

Grind the rice and coconut into fine paste and remove it in a vessel add water,salt to it. It should be in water consistency.

Take a pan to medium flame apply little oil to it then put the batter and cover it with lid after few min remove it. It takes hardly 3 mins to cook.

Remove it as it is let it cool and then fold it in triangle shape. Your dosa is ready.
