Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice (soaked)
  • 1/4 cupnutri
  • 2onions
  • 1black cardamom
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker add cumin seeds when splutters add chopped onion and saute it,

  2. 2

    Now add all spices and black cardamom and roast it.

  3. 3

    Add soaked rice,nutri and water take 1-2 whistle,remove the lid mix well and serve it
