Mashed potato

Add all the masala salt,red chilli,ajwain, garam masala, mixed all together

Roll a roti put some ghee and and mixture make a roll and roll the with rolling (Belan) all sides.

Heat tawa roast paratha one side put ghee on paratha cooked both side.

Eat with curd and butter.
