  • 1/2 kgbeef mince
  • Onion 2 medium chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspSeekh masala
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspCumin crushed
  • 1 tspCoriander crushed
  • 3 tbspBesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in mince and rest it for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Make seekh kabab and shallow fry in pan.

  3. 3

    Coal smoke optional.

  4. 4

    Serve with Ketchup.
