Boil the kpala with onion,salt rinse and add the smoked fish to soften a bit.

Cut the okro tiny,cut onion in it and beat very well.pour in water and cooking red oil to boiled kpala and smoked fish boil amd blend in crayfish and pepper into it also add salt and star cubes.

After 10minutes pour in okro stir and turn off heat over boiling okro is not good so that the fresh will still be fresh.
