Ingredients

  • 1/2potato
  • 5-6tomato puree
  • 1 tspJeera / cumin
  • A pinchHing / asafoetida
  • 1 sprigKadi pata / curry leaves
  • as neededSpices ( haldi,salt,red chilli)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and cut in small piece

    Add some oil in a pan put jeera green chilli Kadi pata

    Then add haldi,salt,red chilli then then add tomato puree Saute them untill oil comes out

    Then add potatoes. Mix them properly and garnish with coriander
