Steps

Towel dry the chicken thigh, set aside. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients except flour, then set some aside for the coating.

Add the yoghurt in the other mix, mix and marinate the chicken (refrigerate overnight) or 1h.

Mix the other marinade mixture with flour, coat the chicken in there and
- 4
Fry in oil, (make sure the oil is hot, then reduce to low flame to slowly cook the chicken)
Serve with a chilled drink!
