Ingredients

  1. 4Eggs
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 6 tbspsugar
  4. 1bread slice
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1 pinchYellow food colour
  7. for caramel
  8. Sugar 8 tbsp cooked on low flame until gets desired colour of caramel

Steps

  1. 1

    Poir caramel sauce in mould

  2. 2

    Mix eggs with beater

  3. 3

    Add sugar and vanilla essence and mix

  4. 4

    Add 1 breaad slice and mix well

  5. 5

    Add yellow food colour and pour.mixture in mould which is greased with caramel

  6. 6

    Steam or bake in ove for 20 mins
