At times we think ,what to prepare for the guests, whilst our refrigerator or kitchen itself don't have any special/specific ingredients.
I have made this yummy and delicious recipe with the available ingredients at my home as it was raining heavily and I had my friends. One can relish
Pakoda with sauce and/Chutney. It's better if Bhuja/ Murmura/Mudhi is accomplished as it checks acidity in stomach after eating deep fried recipes.

Steps

Thinly and longitudinally cut potato, onion.
In a mixing bowl take gram flour, salt, baking soda and mix properly.

Now add rest of the ingredients except oil for deep frying. Add water little by little and mix nicely to get a bit thick consistency. ***Please see in the picture.

Keep covered the batter and allowed to stand for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the pakoda, both the sides in medium flame till they are done. - 4
Serve hot pakoda with sauce and chutney.
