Make thick batter of gram flour by adding proportionate water

Add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt in the batter

Mash boiled potatoes and add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and chaat masala for taste and make balls of the mashed potatoes

Dip the balls in batter and fry it in hot oil to make the vada
- 5
Take the paav cut it from middle and hat in pan with butter
- 6
Spread green, turmeric chutney and chopped onion in the paav and add vada in it
- 7
Fry green chilli in the pan and add salt in it
- 8
Vada paav is ready to serve
