Boil, peel and smash the potatoes. Add all the spicies. Cut the edges of the bread slices.

Mix the potatoes filling nicely. Take a slice, dip in water. Press the slice between your palm and drain out the excess water. Now add the filling in the bread and cover it with your hands. Now heat oil and deep fry till crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with sauce/chutney and masala ☕ chai.
