Ingredients

4boiledd and mashed aloo
to tasteSalt and red chilli
1 tbspginger,garlic paste
1 tspmustard seeds
as neededOil for fry
1 bowlbesan / gram flour
to tasteSalt
1 pinchbaking soda

Steps

1

First mix besan,salt and baking soda,mix well,add water and make a lump free bit thick batter keep aside
2

Now mash aloo mix all spices,and temper with mustard seeds,make small balls
Dip in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil and serve.
