Ingredients

  1. 1 big bowl cooked rice
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1/4 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 tspn sugar
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Tadka/talimpu
  7. 1 tspn mustard seeds
  8. 1 tspn Urad dal / black gram lentil
  9. 3-4dry red chillies
  10. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  11. 10-12curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cooked rice in a bowl add salt,sugar and curd,milk mix well.

  2. 2

    In a tadka pan take oil add mustard seeds and urad dal

  3. 3

    Add asfoetida,red chillies, curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Pour on rice and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
