For the filling heat up oil fry onion,minced meat when is well fried next is diced Irish potatoes,add small water when is boiling put thyme,salt,curry,seasoning cubes,garlic powder,carrots cook untill the veggies softens.

Mix flour with water stir very well and pour in stir together and off heat.

Sieve flour and baking powder add margarine to get like crumbs like consistency.add water in the middle and knead untill is thick and non sticky.wrap and keep in the fridge for 30minutes.

Break andvwhisk egg.knead the dough now cut dough with meat pie cutter scoope 2 teaspoon of the fillings inside the dough and rub the egg mixture on the edges this will help seal it.

Repeat for remqining dough and lightly glaze the top of the dough with egg mixture preheat oven and bake for 30minutes.
