In a pan take 1 tsp oil. Add cumin. Saute it and add asafoetida. Add moong and all spices.

Cook until it's dry. Add rice. Mix thoroughly. Cool it.

Make equal size portions out of it. Stuff balls with mozarella cubes. Add water to corn flour and make paste.

Dip balls into corn flour pasre and roll in bread crumbs. Repeat this process twice. Make all balls ready.

Fry it in hot oil at medium flame. Serve with tomato ketchup. As Indian twist along with tomato ketchup I served with fried khichiya papad and green chilli.
