In a bowl mix suji and 2 tbsp milk, In a bowl add milk powder, baking powder, maida, desi ghee, suji mixture,to make a dough, add milk as required.Rest it for 10 minutes.

For sugar syrup In a pan add water and sugar bring it to boil, add elaichi powder,when sugar dissolve switch off the gas, add saffron.

From dough make little balls.

Sprinkle some maida on board, take one ball and roll it like a poori.

Cut it with donut cutter

Heat oil in a wok, deep fry all donuts till they are golden brown from both the sides.

Add donuts in sugar syrup and rest it for 2 hours

Place them on serving plate, pour rabri on it, garnish it with chopped pista, sprinkle some dry rose petals on it.

Serve immediayely.
