Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsidli batter
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1carrot grated
  4. 2green chilli chopped
  5. as requiredCurry leaves chopped
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tsp each saute in oil : chanadal, urad dal, mustard seeds, hing, jeera

    Keep all ingredients ready as shown.

    Take a tawa put the ingredients one by one saute for 5 mins.

    Then mix it with idli batter. Pour in kuzhi paniyara tawa and enjoy ur dish.
