Steps

Take mangoes,wash and roast in glass flame till it turns soft.

Take out from flame, wash with cool water then peel it

Wash your hands and mash it in grinder,and add black salt

Slowly add sugar,cumin powder and mint leaves

Add ice cubes and grind it well,now take out the ready aam panna.now leave it for 10 minutes in fridge for cooling.

Take raw mango squash in a plate and roll over the front part of glass

Now coconut spread in a bowl and roll over in that part of glass where we rolled squash

Ready glass,now pour with panna

More cumin powder and mint leaves.....want to add ice cubes then u can and serve cool cool aam panna in hot hot season.
