Making veg manchurian balls.....

Take all the vegetables and add cornflour and maida and mix them well.

Now add salt to it and mix properly so that the vegetables leave water

Now Knead this mixture like dough and divide it into small portions.

Now make small balls by rolling them into your palm and deep fry them into warm oil.

Making Gravy......heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan and add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and onion into it and stir fry till it becomes little brown

Now add the sauces and mix well.

Add the water and bring it to boil

Mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour into 2 tablspoons of water and add it into the pan.

Continue to stir so that no lumps are formed.wait till the gravy thickens

Now add salt and black pepper into it and mix well.

Now add sugar and vinegar to it and mix.

Now add manchurian balls to the gravy.Garnish it with spring onions.your veg gravy manchurian is ready to eat.
