Ingredients

  1. 2Potatoes
  2. Besan half cup
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 tspRed flakes
  5. 1 tspChat masla
  6. 1 pinchMeetha Soda
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Oil for fryning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Potatoes in round shape.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of Besan with water, salt, chilies flakes, Chat masla, metha soda, cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    In a pan hot oil than fry potatoes by dipping in a besan mixture. Serve with mayo garlic sauce or ketchup 😊😊
