Ingredients

  1. 1apple
  2. 1/2pomegranate
  3. 2 cupspapaya pieces
  4. 2oranges
  5. 1/2 cupsugar(optional)
  6. 500 mlyoghurt
  7. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  8. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  9. 1 tbspchopped cashew almond
  10. Pinchsalt

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Extract juice of orange, pomegranate. Take a mixing jar.Add apple and papaya pieces, yoghurt, sugar, cardamom powder,salt, vanilla essence into the jar. And blend until smooth.Then strain juice with the help of the sieve.

    Again add the juice into the jar.Add pomegranate and orange juice. Blend well and pour into glasses.Add chopped cashew and almond. Put into refrigerator for cooling. Serve cool.
