Steps

You can either toast bread in tawa or shallow fry or deep fry

If toasting can toast as a whole bread into cubes them then do frying. Keep them aside.

Heat kadai with a oil throw in finely chopped, onions saute until translucent.

Add ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell go off. Next add finely chopped tomatoes saute well.

Add salt to fasten the process & little sugar to caramelise. Next come the spice powder. Stir well so that the raw smell goes. Add in the sauces saute well.

Now add the cubed bread pieces and mix it gently with the masala.

Finely add some chaat masala.
- 8
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
