Steps
- 1
Take out all the ingredients onto the kitchen counter and chop the dry fruits.
- 2
Heat the ghee in a pan, then roast the mawa over a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- 3
Now, add the desiccated coconut and roast it over a low flame for 1–2 minutes. Make sure the color does not change. Then, add the milk powder.
- 4
Add condensed milk (Milkmaid). You can adjust the quantity according to taste.
- 5
Add the green cardamom powder and mix well. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk (at room temperature) as needed, and keep stirring with a spatula until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan; this prevents it from sticking to the bottom.
- 6
Now, spread the finely chopped dry fruits over the previously greased butter paper. Next, scatter the dried rose petals over them in the same manner.
- 7
Finally, spread the coconut and mawa mixture over this and let it cool.
- 8
I have cut it into large pieces here.
- 9
Our delicious Coconut Mawa Fudge / Coconut Mawa Cake is ready.
