Steps

First peel the bitter gourd then chop them into thick slices.

Now deseed the big seeds and keep aside.Small seeds can be left it will not be too bitter.

Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, hing and mix well. Keep aside some if you are frying for Children.

Then add chilli powder and mix well.Rest it for ten mins.

Now squeeze out the water from the bitter gourd and fry in hot oil and serve:
