Ingredients

  • 1/2 (1 tin)black beans or baked beans
  • Olive oil
  • 1large onion
  • 2garlic gloves
  • 1squirt of garlic puree (optional)
  • Generous amount of Siracha chilli sauce
  • Quarter of a cup of frozen vegetables
  • 1 sachetpack of chilli powder hot
  • Halfa cup of rice
  • 1 tablespoontomato puree
  • Quarter of a cup of quorn frozen soya. (optional)
  • Quarter of finely chopped chorizo (optional not with soya)
  • Grated english cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Nachos & sour sauce (optional)
  • Water to rehydrate as seen
  • Tobasco or equivalent

Steps

  1. 1

    Add finely chopped onions, frozen vegetables, garlic and garlic puree and fry at medium heat. Optional soya or chorizo

  2. 2

    Add brocoli. Boil half cup of rice

  3. 3

    As vegetables cook add Siracha, squirt of tomato sauce, tomato puree and water as required

  4. 4

    Stir in chilli sachet or mix paprika and chilli together to make your own powder. Do this fairly steadily let it mix in add a small amount of water if needed

  5. 5

    Serve with rice add shredded cheese to bowl and pour some tobasco
