Cut your cabbage, carrot, onion while your pepper should be grand. Then put little oil in your pot add your mince meat seasoning and cook on a low heat after it cook add your cabbage, carrot and onion mix it well continue turning it like 5 minutes then add little water cover it and cook like 5 minutes again
