Heat a pan put oil once the oil hot add cumin seeds keep the flame low add onion, green chilli fry them for 3 to 4 minute add tomatoes cook for 4 to 5 minutes add ginger and garlic powder cook half minute add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder cook for half minute

Add coriander leaves then add malayi cook it on low flame àdd milk cook half minute add salt then add crumbled paneer

Paneer bhurji is ready serve hot with roti
