Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic and chilli paste

Add all veggies and cook on full flame till 2 to 3 minutes

Add salt, pepper powder, ajinomoto, soya sauce and chilli sauce.

Mix well and off the gas. Put 15 to 20 minute to mixture for room temperature

Take samosa Patti put 1 tbsp stuffing in 1 side and roll the cigar

Fry in hot oil till golden brown

Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
