  • 1 cupfrozen or fresh berries(I used blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2Banana
  • 4 tbspsQuaker 1 minute oats
  • 2 tbspschia seeds
  • 1/2 cupSpinach or kale (optional)

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly
    Serve immediately with nuts topping
    My Tip:

    U can add 1/2 cup of spinach or kale (optional) to this smoothie
