Method: at first blend the chicken keema, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped green chilis, chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.

Take a tiffin box. Grease the tiffin box with white oil. Pour the chicken mixture. Steam the kemma mixture for 30 mnts. Let it for cool. After that, remove the chicken loaf from the tiffin box. Place it in a plate. Cut into small pieces.

Making of white sauce: take a pan. Add butter, then add chopped garlic. After few seconds, add plain flour. Saute for 1 mnt. Add milk and stair continuously at that time add salt and black pepper. Stair continuously until it turns to thik consistency.

Take a bread. Cut the triangular shape. Take 1 bread, spread white sauce on the top of the bread. Place a chicken loaf piece and again spread white sauce. Cove with a another bread pieces. Serve it with tomato sauce.or grated cheese.
