Mix fish fillets with marinade for 1 hour or more.

Mix dry ingredients together. And break egg in a separate bowl.

Take marinated fillet and toss in flour and then dip into egg and then coat with flour again and fry.

In another bowl, mix mayonaise ketchup and chilli sauce.

Cut buns in half and toast on a dry pan, then rub mayonnaise mixture on both sides, place fish, lettuce tomato and cucumber and cover with the other side.

Burger is ready. Serve with fries and drink.
