Coriander masala poha
Steps

Grind green chillies, onion, coriander, salt into paste

Wash poha and drain water leave for fifteen minutes and mix the ground masala

Heat oil in kadhai add shahi jeera, cinnamon, cloves and ginger garlic paste
- 4
Mix the poha mixture and simmer for about three minutes
- 5
Add lemon juice, garnish with onion rings and serve hot
