Steps

Soak chanadal and rice togather for 4-5 hours.after 5 hours soak poha for 20 min.then grind all togather with curd and keep aside for fermentation (8-10hours)

After fermentation mix all veggies and spices and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

Than in tadka vessel do tadka with oil,mustard,jeera,hing,currypatta and sesame seeds and pour into batter and mix well

Then add eno and mix well.take a kadai put little oil and heat up then add 1 big spoon batter and cook both side till light golden colour.

Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
