1/2 lbGround Chuck
3 TablespoonsPensies Taco Seasoning
1 TablespoonPensies Southwest Seasoning
1 dashCayenne Pepper
3 ClovesGarlic ground up nice
1/8 CChopped Onion
Serve with fried Tortilla shells, small Missions are the best.....they get crunchy. Shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and Village Hot Hot sauce

Brown the Ground Chuck...no oil needed. Add the onion and garlic until the onions are translucent. Throw in the Rotele, seasoning, and in another pan add oil to fry up your shells.
