In a double boiler melt chocolate. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Place it over a steaming water pot.

Melt chocolate on low flame stirring occasionally.

Once chocolate is melted, add butter to it. Switch off the flame. Chocolate is ready. Keep it aside.

Put a pan on flame. Roast chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios. Roast it for 2-3 minutes.

Add roasted nuts into the melted chocolate.

Mix it well.

Drop 1tbsp in wax paper. Repeat till all the chocolate is used.

Keep it in the freeze to set for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes you chocolate clusters are ready to ENJOY!!!!
