Ingredients

2 cupsblack gram lentils
1 cup rice
as per tastesalt
1onion chopped
to taste oil for fry
1 Pinchbaking soda
1 cupsuji / semolina

Steps

Soak dal and rice and suji for 8 hours

Next day grind well make lump free batter, add salt and baking soda
3

Beat well,grease palm by water place a portion of the batter,make a hole my thumb and slightly place in the oil and deep fry till brown and serve with sambhar.
