Coarsely grind dryfryuits and roast in ghee keep aside

Roast til, makhane, alsi and poppy seeds and grind with khajur

Take biscuits and grind into powder

Roast gond in ghee till it swells
- 5
Take kadhai put ghee grinded mixture of all and mix well on low flame for 5 minutes

Add powdered biscuit and sugar
- 7
Biscuit panjiri ready to eat
