California Toast
A quick and healthy way to start your day!
Steps

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat. Meanwhile, toast bread to your preferred doneness.

Cut avocado in half, lengthwise. Remove pit and mash each half with a fork.

Cook eggs (over easy, medium, hard, or sunny side up. Whichever you prefer.) Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Lay a slice of tomato on each piece of toast. Spread mashed avocado over the tomato, and lay cooked egg over the top. Serve, and enjoy!

TIP* This recipe can be made for one easily by halving all of the ingredients.
