Ingredients

1 kggrated zucchini
1large onion, grated
1 cupbreadcrumbs
1 tbspflour
1-2eggs
300 gcheese (feta cheese, dried mizithra, yellow cheeses)
3 tbspoil
oregano
parsley
dill
spearmint
salt, pepper

Steps

Squeeze the grated zucchini to let out the excess liquids.

Mix it with the rest of the ingredients..

Form patties and bake on greaseproof paper or a baking sheet brushed with oil at 200°C until golden brown. Alternatively, you may fry them.
