halfcup water or chicken stock
batter
50 gmsflour - 1 egg - salt
sauce
1/3 cupvinegar
1/4 cupbrown sugar
3/4 cuppineapple juice
2 tbspcornstarch
1 tbspsoy sauce

Steps

Mix chicken with batter mixture. Pan fry chicken. Let drain excess oil.

Sautè garlic then onion. Add chicken. Add chicken stock. Let simmer.

Add green beans. Carrots, pineapple chunck. Let simmer.

Combine the sauce recipe. And add to chicken mixture..
