Ingredients

  • 200 gmschicken meat cut into strips
  • green beans - carrots - pineapple chunks
  • crushed garlic
  • 1onion minced
  • halfcup water or chicken stock
  • batter
  • 50 gmsflour - 1 egg - salt
  • sauce
  • 1/3 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 3/4 cuppineapple juice
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chicken with batter mixture. Pan fry chicken. Let drain excess oil.

  2. 2

    Sautè garlic then onion. Add chicken. Add chicken stock. Let simmer.

  3. 3

    Add green beans. Carrots, pineapple chunck. Let simmer.

  4. 4

    Combine the sauce recipe. And add to chicken mixture..
