  1. 2 headsLettuce
  2. 1 bunchSpinach
  3. 1 bunchChives
  4. 1/2Sweet Potato
  5. Olive Oil
  6. 1/2Dried Basil Leaf
  7. Seasoning
  8. 1/2 CloveGarlic

  1. 1

    Steam the sweet potato and cut into cubes.

  2. 2

    Tear apart the lettuce and spinach into smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Chop up the chives and toss the sweet potato, spinach, and lettuce into a bowl.

  4. 4

    Grate the garlic and season however you'd like.

  5. 5

    Drizzle some olive oil and stir well. All Done:)
