Steps

Mix all the ingredients for filling with hand.

For making dough mix all the dry ingredients with yoghurt. Then slowly add warm water and make a soft dough. Keep it for 2 hours

Divide 2 into big balls, roll the balls what little thickness place the filling in the centre cover the filling by bringing the edges together, make into ball then roll slowly into small circle (same as how we did for aloo parathas)

Place the prepared Nan on a hot tawa took the bottom part. Once the bottom is done spread some Yoghurt with parsley on the top and sprinkle some sesame seeds also, place this in170°c preheated oven for 20 minutes

When it's done spread some melted butter over it
