Fisrt marinate all the monakka with rum,for at least 15 days. The more u marinate(for a month),the better taste u will get. Finally you will see all the rum has been dried through monakka.Keep it in the fridge. But regularly keep stirring sometimes.

Now microwave the dark chocolate, with 1tbsp of choco shine, for a minute.Do not over melt,or Chocolates might burn.Melt the chocolate in this manner. U can also melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Follow this procedure for strawberry, pineapple and mango chocolates too.Put choco shine in all the other Chocolates. Keep stirring continuously until they melt and become smooth. No lumps should be there.
- 3
Now take Chocolate moulds and pour 1tsp of Chocolates in the moulds, then put some monakka, at least 3/4 depending on the size of the mould, again cover with another layer of chocolate. Continue with this manner with the other chocolates also.Tap the moulds lightly, and keep it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes, till all the chocolates r set.

Each of the chocolates will have a different flavour, like mango, pineapple, strawberry and dark chocolate. Once they are set, take them out from the mould gently, and wrap it in a proper chocolate wrapper. Do not keep them in the fridge, but put them in an airtight container. When you give a bite, you will get the delicious Rum Raisins taste, along with different flavours of the Chocolates. If you love Chocolates, you will enjoy this delicious flavoured chocos.Enjoy every piece of it.

Caribbean Rum Punch Caribbean Rum Punch
My sister Dee-Dee and I love Caribbean-style rum cocktails. This one's tasty and packs a punch! (Is that why it's called "punch"?) The measurements here are for 1 cocktail. We quadruple the measurements so we both get 2 drinks. We mixed it up ahead of time so it could chill down well in the fridge since I don't like ice in my drinks. Cheers! Maggie Conlon -
