1 cancondensed milk
1 canevaporated milk
1 cuprice
water
vanilla extract
cinnamon stick and powder
sugar
bagmesh

Steps

Put rice in a container with water and small piece of cinnamon for at least 2 hours

Blend rice
3

Add to container - pour through the mesh bag
4

Add both milk cans, cinnamon powder and completely mix
5

Add water and sugar to taste
