In a blender add the egusi, scotch bonnet, onion and crayfish.. add water an blend to get a thick paste

Cook ur beef in a pot, add seasoning and spices, when cooked, add palm oil cover to boil for 2 mins.

Add the egusi paste, spoon at a time, do not stir, cover the pot and let it ook for 10 mins

After 10 mins, add the spinach and cover to simmer for 5mins..
