Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3 tbspbaking powder
  3. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 cuppowder milk
  5. 3eggs
  6. 3 cupswater
  7. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  8. cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all dry ingredients. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Combine all wet ingredients. Slowly add flour mixture.

  3. 3

    Mix batter until smooth. Put batter 3/4 of the moulding cups. Add cheese on top. Steam for at least 20 minutes.
