  • 500 gmpotol / parwal
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel potol,fry in oil and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now make a paste of onion,tomato and spices

  3. 3

    Now heat oil,add grinded mix and add water to set consistency,mix it and add pool,mix and cook till potol coat by masala
